Hey Mama!

Join me (and 5 other mamas) and let's start our Wednesday mornings with a weekly workout party dedicated to core strengthening.

Nurturers need nurturing and in order for you to be at your best, you gotta take care of you first, right? Heck yeah! 

Plus, we all know that strong guts and tight butts is the key to relieving back pain, poor posture and to keeping us dry. (if you know what I mean!) 

So, what's better than starting your day with a group of gals all in-it-to-win-it for themselves and their family? Nothing, I say! (Unless, of course, it involves a glass of wine or two!)

We're going to keep each other motivated (it's 6:30am after all!) and challenge ourselves to some waste-whittling fun. 

Each Wednesday, we'll start with some yummy stretches, then move through some feel good warm-up exercises before we ease our way into some gut-busting, strengthening exercises. 

Each week will get progressively more challenging, but don't worry, I will definitely build you up to it with the proper foundational work.

You'll feel great, your body will thank you, putting your pants on won't be a wrestling match, and your family will thank you.

All you need is a webcam, a mat or towel and a willingness to have some fun!
