Plus, we all know that strong guts and tight butts is the key to relieving back pain, poor posture and to keeping us dry. (if you know what I mean!)
So, what's better than starting your day with a group of gals all in-it-to-win-it for themselves and their family? Nothing, I say! (Unless, of course, it involves a glass of wine or two!)
We're going to keep each other motivated (it's 6:30am after all!) and challenge ourselves to some waste-whittling fun.
Each Wednesday, we'll start with some yummy stretches, then move through some feel good warm-up exercises before we ease our way into some gut-busting, strengthening exercises.
